We inspect the kitchens and workspaces of our bakers and artisan crafters to ensure that the products we purchase have been created with exceptional quality ingredients and with environmental friendly practices. We sample products from our Farms and Producers offered in our market. Why? Because we want to ensure the products we offer are the very best around. We + a loyal group of family and friends have tasted and sampled every item we offer, so that when we state in our descriptions that something is “fantastic” or “truly divine” that we know these facts to be true.
