A customized 3 month Subscription Share that you build by choosing one or more fares. We ask that once you have selected the items in your customized Share Box, that you do not make any further changes after the first delivery. When choosing "Milk", please include in the "comment" section the type for your order: Whole, Non-Fat, 2%, or Creamline. You are responsible for returning your Glass Milk Bottles each delivery, otherwise you will be billed at the end of each month. Bottles should be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and dry when returned and without chips or cracks. All options in the drop down box are priced for a 3 month delivery share.
