The Whole Enchilada Subscription includes the following items delivered twice a month unless otherwise noted:

2 Qts Yogurt or 2 Half lb Unsalted Butter (Specify One or Rotate; Flavors rotate unless noted upfront)

1 Bread (Loaf or Rolls) - Variety and Vendor will rotate
Meat can be upgraded to a Small, Medium or Large Share; Produce can be upgraded to a Family Share. Please include your request in the comment section of your order.
*When you choose Milk, you agree to clean the bottle prior to return and upon the following delivery. Unclean, damaged or broken bottles will be billed at the rate of $2.00 per bottle.
When you sign up as a subscriber you have elected to purchase a portion of a live animal from one of our farmers along with other subscribers. Our Market handles the administrative services associated with your purchase; selection of the animal, processing and distribution of the various cuts to the pool of subscribers. Meat is delivered once a month and cuts will vary throughout the season and your subscription.
All beef cuts are dry-aged, and vacuum sealed; pork is packaged in trays and vacuum sealed; chicken cuts and whole chickens are packaged either in trays and/or vacuum sealed. All meats will arrive at your delivery location frozen.
Examples of Meats include: Ground Beef, Beef Roasts, Short Ribs, Steaks, Chicken Broiler or Fryer, Roaster, Pork Sausages, Breakfast Links, Ground and Chops.
Bison, Lamb, Sustainable Fish and Seafood may be available in the future for an additional cost upgrade.
Please include in the comment section of this order, the Milk and Cheese Type, Meat Combination, and Yogurt and/or Butter selection. These selections are not interchangeable after the subscription commences.
